You can fix Status 12209: Forefront TMG Requires authorization to fulfill the request by editing Properties of the Firewall Policy relating to the site that’s being blocked and clicking the Malware Inspection tab, then deselecting Inspect content downloaded from the Web servers to clients. On a Forefront TMG 2010 firewall where web access rules require authentication, this behavior is expected and by design. It does not indicate an attack of any type on the Forefront TMG firewall or its web proxy service.
